Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival

Cape-Wide

For the fifth year, gardeners across Cape Cod will ring in the summer season with the Fifth Annual Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival, happening July 12-21, 2019. Not just a celebration for the region’s signature bloom, the genus hydrangea, this event encompasses plants of all kinds.

The main attraction across the 10-day festival are tours of local gardens, usually kept off-limits and only maintained by individual homeowners throughout the year. Tours of these unique private spaces are $5 per person per garden, and every garden is paired with a benefiting nonprofit organization which receives 100% of the proceeds.

A CHORUS LINE

Cape Playhouse, 820 MA-6A, Dennis

A CHORUS LINE is a stunning musical capturing the spirit and tension of a Broadway chorus audition. Exploring the inner lives and poignant ambitions of professional Broadway gypsies, the show features one powerhouse number after another. Memorable musical numbers include “What I Did for Love, “One,” “I Can Do That,” “At the Ballet,” “The Music and the Mirror,” and “I Hope I Get It.” A brilliantly complex fusion of song, dance, and compellingly authentic drama, A CHORUS LINE was instantly recognized as a classic.
