We had 2 rooms for 2 nights in the off season - 2nd week in October. The owners went out of the way to make us feel at home and it's easy to see why they have won Best Outer Cape Motel for 17 years in a row.

I recently stayed at the Even'tide and was quite pleased with my experience. I stayed in one of the queen-sized bed rooms in the portion of the motel to the right of the lobby if you are facing the lobby on the first floor....
